About Us
Sitara Medical Inc. is physician
owned private practice currently providing psychiatric coverage to Senior
Behavior Health , Valley General Hospital. This practice was established by
Dr Jafar in August 2004.We are currently accepting new pts age 16 and
above.We are medicare providers and accept most of the insurance plans.
However practice is currently not accepting Medicaid and workers
compensation. We are located in Sky River Medical Center adjacent to Valley
General Hospital, Monroe.
